Martin has been with Theta since June 2024 and leads our finance team.
He has a wide variety of experiences in Finance and Operations roles both in NZ and UK with a bent for technology companies. After many years multinational experience with DEC, Compaq, HP, eBay, Paypal and Pearson Group, Martin was fortunate to join a start-up job search engine and experienced growing a business from very early stage to a profitable 120-person organisation.
He has a passion for ensuring finance teams are valued as real enablers in the business.
