Frequently asked questions
How do I place an order on behalf of my customer?
Send us the details of the prospective customer (including full legal name and contact details) via the Theta Account Setup in Business Central. You should also add a valid credit card for the product purchases to be debited from. Finally, supply your customer’s Business Central tenant ID here.
How are monthly payments processed?
We use Stripe to manage our monthly and annual subscriptions. The email address you enter into Stripe should be your (the resellers) invoicing email address. This email address will be sent receipts which include the actual amount you pay (ie RRP minus any negotiated discount).
Who applies the partner pricing in Business Central?
We will apply the discount code for your customer using the tenant ID that you supply.
Who is responsible for collecting payment from the customer?
You are responsible for this.
Who pays any sales tax and deductions?
You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties, fees or other government charges relating to the fees you receive from your customer.
What extensions can I sell as part of Theta’s reseller programme?
Currently we have five extensions listed in AppSource – Excel Importer, Advanced Landed Cost, Dual Unit of Measure, Advanced Payment Reconciliation and NZBN.
We have many more that we are preparing to publish to the AppSource community.
