Annual Report 2022-2023 Published

Our team grew significantly over this past year, reaching its largest size ever, signifying increased demand for specialist skills.

We made significant strides in enhancing our work culture and supporting our employees. Our new and improved parental leave policy was introduced, demonstrating our commitment to the wellbeing of our team members and their families. Gary Blumgart, previously Head of Data & Insights, took on his new role as Head of Data & Digital, further supporting the growth we've seen across this area.

Thanks to the unwavering passion and dedication of our team, we achieved an impressive and consistently strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 45.

At the start of 2023, AI exploded into our lives. Our Innovation team play a pivotal role in exploring and implementing practical applications of this technology for New Zealand organisations. There are exciting possibilities ahead, as well as risks to take into account.
