The incredible changes to almost everything because of technology means that to stay relevant in our business you have to be highly oriented to the future. This year we have invested in, and focused on, the technologies and infrastructure that will be key to future sustainability and success. In the annual report we take a closer look at some of those evolving areas – including analytics, digital innovation, cyber security and project delivery.

We also take stock of our performance, celebrate successes, and highlight some of this year’s stand-out people and projects.
