New Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice rounds out offering

Theta has established a new Microsoft Dynamics CRM practice. This complements our other consulting areas, and is part of a wider suite of services to help customers make the most of new digital opportunities.

“Developing CRM capability was a logical next step for us,” says Theta CEO Rob Lee. “We already have strong capability in Microsoft’s business intelligence, cloud, analytics, SharePoint, integration and ERP offerings. With Dynamics CRM we can help businesses build new connections across this digital ecosystem, while tracking customer and social engagement.”

A 360-degree view

“Organisations can now get a true 360° view of their business from within the Microsoft product stack,” adds Theta’s new Head of CRM Solutions Ivor Whibley. “This offers customers unique benefits, including easy access to all business information and the opportunity to develop clever workflows.”

Whibley elaborates:

"There are always correlations between activity and end results. CRM systems capture activity while ERP systems deliver business data. Business intelligence can use the correlation between the two to ask the "what if" questions. This is where reporting and data start looking forward, facilitating predictive modeling and delivering insights across the business."

CRM 2016 on the horizon

The many enhancements due to be released with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 include a range of new document management solutions to empower collaborative mobile working, such as integration to OneDrive for business and OneNote.

Ivor Whibley will be taking a closer look at these enhancements, and what they mean for customers, on the tech blog.
