Robb is one of our Practice Leads in our Dynamics 365 team. His extensive background in business systems analysis, systems design and solution architecture ensures D365 solutions are consistently implemented correctly and in good time for our customers.
Robb has worked in both client and professional consultancy environments. He understands what clients expect from external service providers, having worked closely with business stakeholders, ranging from executive, senior and middle management to influential “power” users and subject matter experts. He has formal training from programmer through systems analyst and holds a B. Comm. Honours degree in Information Systems. He has also qualified in PMP and ITIL disciplines. He has most recently combined his systems and project management backgrounds to focus on the implementation of Professional Services Automation systems.
