Double win at Microsoft NZ Partner Awards

By

Theta

We celebrated with our customers last night, with two of our three entries winning their category at the Microsoft New Zealand Partner Awards.

The Awards recognise innovative partners who are demonstrating inventive use of digital technology, and Theta had three finalists in contention across eleven categories at last night’s awards ceremony.

Second year running for CRM team

Our facilities maintenance application for Downer, using Dynamics 365 Field Service, took top honours in the Business Applications category. It’s the second year running that our Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) team has come away with a win.

Downer and Theta Microsoft Partner Awards

The solution is delivering efficiency, insights and increased transparency for Downer and their clients, as well as bringing in new work:

“Downer has won at least five new contracts as a result of being able to demonstrate Dynamics 365 Field Service. It’s closely aligned with what our customers are looking for, and across the Downer group, it’s becoming the de facto job management system.” Paul Burgoyne, Manager, Digital Business Transition, Downer

Cloud for Good with Emerge Aotearoa

In the final award of the night, our Office 365 implementation for Emerge Aotearoa won the Cloud for Good Award.

Emerge Aotearoa is one of New Zealand’s largest NGOs, providing a wide range of community-based mental health, addiction, disability support and social housing services. They are working with us to roll out a modern, Office 365-based workplace that supports almost 1000 staff in their work in communities throughout Aotearoa.

Emerge Aotearoa have a clear vision of how the cloud can reduce the distance between individuals in their workforce, and ultimately help clients reach their full potential – wherever they are, whatever their circumstances.

“Now, with files stored securely in the cloud, we can be confident that sensitive data is safe, and have the freedom to work and collaborate wherever in New Zealand we happen to be. Mobility is a plus for everyone. With mobility comes access to relevant information throughout the organisation.” Jason Bradley, IT Team Lead, Emerge Aotearoa

Judges described our entry as “a great solution [for] Emerge Aotearoa, transforming their business into a modern workplace, an end-to-end approach transforming their operations and improving their efficiency. Great example of Cloud for Good.”
