Cloud capabilities showcased

By

Theta

Two recent Theta projects are featured in the Microsoft publication, Kiwi Companies in the Cloud.

The booklet, says Microsoft New Zealand’s Cloud and Enterprise Business Group Lead Dirk Develter, showcases “some of the remarkable ways Microsoft Azure is being used to set up New Zealand organisations for the future, turning great ideas into reality without large upfront investments.”

Theta provides two of three such case studies in the publication’s Platform as a Service (PaaS) section.

The Otago Regional Council worked with Theta to make data collected on behalf or ratepayers - including consent and environmental data - accessible to anyone through an Open Data Platform on Azure.

And for Intouch, a leading provider of POS, ticketing and reservation software for ski areas, resorts and attractions worldwide we built a future-proof, scaleable e-commerce solution to meet the needs of their global customers.
