Andrew Taylor
Director and Head of Product
Andrew is Head of Product and an Executive Director.
Andrew is responsible for our portfolio of Theta-made products such as EVA Check-in, FAQ Bot, Six Degrees and several others. He is also responsible for the Innovation Lab, which works with emerging technologies and trends and assists customers to accelerate their innovation.
Prior to starting the product role in late 2020, Andrew was Head of Theta Digital, leading the team for 13 years and consulted in the areas of digital services, trends, strategy and transformation.
Before joining Theta, Andrew was Software Delivery Manager for a UK internet bank and ran a web startup. He also worked as a Technical Architect with global consulting firm Accenture, delivering several large-scale custom enterprise systems for government clients. Andrew is independently accredited as a Chartered IT Professional NZ (CITPNZ) by ITP, the professional body of the IT sector in New Zealand.
Andrew has been an executive director of Theta since 2013. Independent of Theta, Andrew is on the board of trustees for Breast Cancer Foundation New Zealand.
